We manufacture FRP and Dual-laminate pipes such as PVC-FRP, PP-FRP, CPVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP etc by automated filament winding process with diameters ranging from 15 NB to 4000 NB. The standard lengths are 3 metres, 6 metres and 12 metres. Other sizes are available on request.

The pipes are custom-manufactured as per the design requirement with various Unsaturated Polyester resin systems such as Isophthalic, Bisphenol, Vinyl Ester, Superior Vinyl Ester and Epoxy resins from internationally renowned brands.

The pipes are provided with resin rich innermost layer, having very smooth and glossy surfaces. The smooth inner surface result in very low fluid resistance, thereby reducing pump loads and saving power costs. It also reduces the scale formation in process pipes.

The pipes can be provided with plain ends, flanged ends or Bell and Spigot ends. The pipes with plain ends are manually jointed by Butt and Wrap process and is the most cost-effective and efficient way. We have a dedicated team of technicians and engineers to assist you with the installation.
